A useful training programme starts with the work participants need to do. For a project team, that may mean preparing a credible risk register or understanding a certification framework. For a technical team, it may mean building and evaluating an AI agent. We agree the learning objectives, review the starting level and choose exercises that give participants time to practise, ask questions and receive feedback.
Ivany Concepts provides training in person, online or through a blended format, with arrangements agreed for each group. Our scope includes professional workshops, structured certification preparation, organisational learning programmes and support for TVET providers. Participants receive the materials and reference tools specified for their programme. External credentials such as PMP and PRINCE2 require a separate examination through the relevant awarding organisation.
