What it is
When only a few people understand data and AI, adoption stalls and risk rises. This programme builds a common, practical literacy across a whole team or organisation — reading data honestly, understanding what AI can and can't do, and asking the right questions.
What I'll do
- Teach data fundamentals: reading, interpreting, questioning
- Explain how AI models work in plain language
- Cover limitations, bias and responsible use
- Practise on examples from your own context
- Build a shared vocabulary for data-driven decisions
