Can agile delivery support fixed reporting dates?
Yes. A team can work in iterations while reporting against agreed programme milestones and budgets. The connection must be defined clearly, including how unfinished work and scope changes affect those commitments.
Do all teams need to use the same method?
No. Different parts of a programme can use different methods if responsibilities, dependencies and reporting remain clear. We focus on how the teams coordinate and how overall progress is assessed.
Does the service include team training?
It includes coaching on the working arrangements introduced during the assignment. If a broader course or certification preparation is needed, that can be scoped separately through our training practice.
